The formation of Teamwork Institute CCI is the result of years of analysis, design, development and field testing of a the best practices in teambuilding, coaching, and leadership. We have consistently found that sports organizations that epitomize teamwork and trust consistently win, produce higher quality players, and provide life skills that enable players to succeed in other parts of their lives.


	OUR GOAL

	Purpose: To enable Coaches, Team Leaders, and Teams Players consistently to outperform their competition with a repeatable, replicable system that also provides life-long skills which enable success throughout one’s life. More to Follow


	OUR VALUE PROPOSITION

		Value Created: After years of research, field testing, and development, we have found that collaborative teams with high levels of trust and leaders who are able to build teamwork have a 20-30% competitive advantage over teams with low trust in themselves and their leaders. More to Follow

We will be organizing as a Not-For-Profit Learning Institution.

	We will partner with other entities, such as leagues, business sponsors, and community organizations to provide expertise.

		WHY Canada?

			Canada a has one of the highest concentrations of sports teams in North America. We love working in teams, whether it be hockey, football, baseball, or curling. Our first focus will be hockey in Canada, then we will expand to North America and numerous popular sports. More to Follow
